No matter which programming language you use, you will always as a minimum do the following steps:

• Connect to the MQTT Broker
To connect, you will need to specify the Host and Port number of the Broker plus your Username and Password.
• Either Subscribe or Publish to a topic
The topic you Subscribe or Publish to must start with your root topic.
